With Hurricane Florence bearing down on the East Coast, Cecil College reminds students, faculty, and staff that they can sign up for the college’s emergency notification system, “Seahawk Alert.” Formerly known as e2campus, “Seahawk Alert” send texts or emails to users about college closures or delays due to weather or other emergencies.

Signing up is easy and free. Simply go to https://cecil.omnilert.net and from there create an account with a username, password, and your full name. After that, enter your preferred methods of contact, such as any phone number or email for which you wish to receive alerts.

For more information, email safety@cecil.edu or call 410-287-1601.
