This is a group exercise class that will provide a mid-day break, with conscious breathing that signals the body to be calm and helps unlock a deeper level of relaxation.
Yoga is not singularly about being flexible. Breath-led yoga can have far reaching effects into health and wellness. Learn to tap into your body’s endless energy through the practice of breath-based gentle asanas (poses), and breath exercises. Each session ends with relaxation.  No experience necessary.
