On Thursday, October 30th, the Cecil College admissions team will host its Fall Festival.
The Fall Festival is part of the Cecil College admission team’s “College for a Day” event, in which prospective students from Cecil County schools will be bussed in to tour the facilities. While the Fall Festival is geared towards incoming Cecil students, the event is also open to the current student body.
The Fall Festival will involve both games and food. Some of the games, the Cecil College admissions team will have include a pumpkin round-up, a witches’ hat ring toss, marshmallow toss among other games. For food, there will be donuts, apple cider, and two apple dipping stations for caramel apples.
Students that play games at the event will win tickets. These tickets can be redeemed for prizes such as food truck vouchers, Cecil College sweatshirts, and more. There will also be a fall themed selfie station at the event.
There is no cost for admission to the Fall Festival for College for Day students or Cecil College students. It is planned to be hosted in the quad, but in the event of inclement weather, it will be held in TC 208. The event will run from 11 AM to 12 PM.
