Kickboxing

In this fitness intense kickboxing program, participants will learn practical skills and get a workout at the same time. Movements to include: striking and defensive skills, fight strategy and the most important exercises for a good foundation in fitness.

Time: 12-1pm

* For your safety, all participants MUST have hand wraps.   You may provide your own gear, or purchase it from the FWC c/o Aubrie Lawler. Wraps are $5 exact cash.

If you are providing your own, the recommended wraps are: 180 inch flexible hand wraps Mexican style (ring to cage).
